About Hartford Votes
A clear, friendly guide — built by Hartford, for Hartford.
Unofficial guide. This site helps you understand the process but does not register you to vote. Official registration happens only through Connecticut's official systems.
What this site is
Hartford Votes is an unofficial community guide that makes voter registration easier to understand for Hartford, Connecticut residents. It brings eligibility checks, key deadlines, registration options, and local resources together in one mobile-friendly place — so nothing stands between you and the ballot box.
Who made it
Hartford Votes is built and maintained by Artwurks Unlimited, an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the City of Hartford, the State of Connecticut, or any government agency.
What it is not
This site does not register you to vote. It explains the process and points you to the official Connecticut systems where registration actually happens. Always confirm details with the CT Secretary of the State or the Hartford Registrar of Voters.
